使用环境条件：海拔1000m左右，气压91kPa，气温-30～50℃。

1  技术要求及规格 Technical requirements and specifications

1.1  技术规格 Technical Specifications

（1）发动机型式：Engine Type:

    四冲程、V型、12缸、60°夹角、水冷，增压、中冷、燃气外混式、火花塞点火、磁电机点火控制系统、电子调速。缸盖4气门、气门座镶圈，水套排气管。

      Four-stroke, V-type, 12-cylinder, 60°Vee, water-cooled, turbocharge, intercooled, gas mixture, spark plug ignition, magnetic motor ignition control system, electronic governor. Cylinder head 4 valve, valve seat ring, water jacket exhaust pipe.

（2）空气－天然气混合系统：Air-natural gas mixing system

    该系统使空气和天然气经过混合器形成所需比例的混合气，进入气缸。混合器采用膜片式真空度混合器，其主要特点是空气和燃气的混合比，在整个发动机的运行过程中基本不随工况的改变而变化，能很好地适应燃气机组的工作要求。

 The system make air and natural gas through the mixer to form the desired mixture of gases and enter the cylinder. The mixer adopts diaphragm type vacuum degree mixer, its main feature is that the mixing ratio of air and gas is basically unchanged during the operation of the engine, and it can be well adapted to the working requirements of the gas unit.

（3）冷却系统：Cooling system:

 

采用闭式循环冷却系统，配置整体式散热器单元，风扇传动采用可靠的偶合器传动方式。散热水箱出厂前严格进行试压试验，检查焊口及冷却管是否漏水。采用与散热水箱安装规格相符的水箱爬梯。

Adopt the closed-cycle cooling system and equipped with integral radiator. The fan transmission adopts a reliable coupling transmission method.The pressure test is strictly before the radiator is out of the factory, and check the leakage of the weld and the cooling pipe, the tank climbing ladder is consistent with the installation specification of the radiator. 

    润滑系统采用压力与飞溅润滑，该系统主要由机油泵、预供油泵、机油滤清器、离心滤清器、各种控制、调节阀和润滑管路等组成，为了保证燃气偶合器机组启动前机械传动部分的可靠润滑, 配套提供气动机油预供油泵。

Lubrication system adopts pressure and splash lubrication, the system is mainly composed of oil pump, pre-supply pump, oil filter, centrifugal filter, various control/regulating valve and lubrication pipeline, etc., The gas coupling unit is equipped with pneumatic oil pre-supply pumps to ensure the reliable lubrication of mechanical transmission before start the unit.

（5）进排气系统： Intake and exhaust systems:

    进排气系统包括：沙漠专用空气滤清器、进、排气管等，以提高进气空气密度增大燃气机的输出功率。

    The intake and exhaust systems include desert air filters, intake and exhaust pipes, etc. to increase the intake air density and increase the output power of the gas engine.

左右两侧进气管增加燃气压力与燃气温度传感器，并在监控仪表上予以显示，中冷后燃气温度提供报警信号（报警值设置为55℃）。  

The gas pressure and gas temperature sensors are added to the left and right intake pipes and displayed on the monitoring instrument, and provide the alarm signal after the intercooled (the alarm value is set to 55°C).

机组燃气控制电磁阀固定安装在机组底盘上；机组燃气进口法兰采用标准DN50法兰。

The gas control solenoid valve is fixedly installed on the unit chassis; the gas inlet flange adopts the standard DN50 flange.

（6）启动系统：Start the system:

    机组配置和井场柴油机系统一致的气启动系统。

 The unit is equipped with gas start system as same as the well site diesel engine system.

Exhaust temperature measurement system (integrated into the monitor):

    由于气体发动机的特殊性，本机设置柴油机监控仪，主要测量各缸的排气温度，监测发动机的运行。

     Due to the particularity of the gas engine, the engine is equipped with a diesel engine monitor, which measures the exhaust temperature of each cylinder and monitors the operation of the engine.

（8）电子点火系统： Electronic ignition system:

    全套进口的电子点火系统。包括：磁电机、点火线圈、高压阻尼线、火花塞等。进口点火系统能有效保证发动机正常工作，减少点火故障。

 A full set of imported electronic ignition systems. Including: magnetic motor, ignition coil, high voltage damping wire, spark plug etc., The imported ignition system can effectively ensure the normal operation of the engine and reduce ignition failures.

（9）发动机保护系统： Engine protection system:

    发动机设置了超速保护、油压低保护、曲轴箱防爆保护、进气管防爆保护等。     

The engine is equipped with overspeed protection, low oil pressure protection, explosion protection of the crankcase, and explosion protection of the intake pipe etc.,

（10）油水加热系统：Oil Water Heating System:

    配置发动机油水加热系统，水强制循环，便于发动机在低温环境下正常起动。  

Equipped with engine oil heating system and water forced circulation to facilitate the normal start of the engine in the low temperature environment.

（11）排气消音器部件（选配）：Exhaust muffler assembly (optional):

        采用灭火型排气消音器，消音器支架支撑在发动机底盘上，采用可靠支撑方式。

Use of extinguishing type exhaust muffler and provide a reliable support method to support the muffler on the engine chassis.

由于机组现场使用环境恶劣，考虑对电子控制及检测器件进行防雨、防晒保护措施，增强设备应用的可靠性。

 Due to the harsh environment of on-site, consider rain protection and sun protection measures for electronic control and detection devices to enhance the reliability of equipment applications.

1.2.4 配套保护功能：Protection functions::

2    产品技术条件: Product technical conditions:

2.1  环境条件:  Environment  conditions: 

机组在标准工况条件下能输出额定功率（环境大气压力：100kPa；环境温度：25℃；空气相对湿度30％；海拔高度不超过1000米；）。

The unit can output rated power under standard working conditions (ambient atmospheric pressure: 100kPa; ambient temperature: 25°C; air relative humidity 30%; altitude not exceeding 1000m;).

机组实际输出功率应根据环境参数变化按国家标准进行修正。

The actual output power of the unit should be revised according to environmental parameters and in accordance with national standards.

2.2  燃气条件：Gas conditions:

天然气净化要求：燃气应经过稳压过滤装置，无液态水、油；杂质颗粒不应大于5μm；灰尘含量应小于10 mg/m3；如气体成分中硫含量较高，应进行分离，硫化氢含量应小于20mg/m3。

燃气压力：机组对燃气的压力要求为80-150kPa。

Natural gas purification requirements: gas should be through the pressure regulator filter, no liquid water/oil; impurity particles should not exceed 5μm; dust content should be less than 10mg/m3;  it should be separated ifthe sulfur content of the gas component is high, hydrogen sulfide content should be less than 20mg/m3.

Gas pressure: 80-150kPa.

2.3  机组对润滑油、冷却水的要求：Requirements of lubricating oil and cooling water:

2.3.1  润滑油参数：Lubrication Parameters:

润滑油消耗率：≤1.63g/kW.h

机组使用的润滑油应不低于15W40CD级，推荐使用KCN7810气体发动机专用机油，不同牌号的机油不得混合使用。

Lubrication consumption rate: ≤ 1.63g/kW.h

The lubricating oil used by the unit should not be lower than 15W40CD grade, the KCN7810 gas engine special oil is recommended. Different brands of engine oil must not be mixed.
